Job summary

MicroSourcing is seeking a Service Desk Shift Lead (SME) to be based onsite at MOA, Pasay City. You will oversee end-user computing services, mentor the EUCG team, and ensure security, compliance, and SLA adherence for desktop, laptop, and mobile environments.

You will lead IT support coordination, drive improvements in user experience, and align end-user technology with company goals, while maintaining documentation and asset inventories.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• 3+ years in IT Systems and Operations / IT Service Delivery, including 2+ years in a supervisory role.
• Proven track record managing large teams and enterprise end users.
• ITIL or equivalent IT Service Management certification.

Responsibilities

• Oversee delivery, support, and management of end-user computing services.
• Mentor the EUCG team to provide effective support services.
• Provide high level technical support and ensure customer service quality.
• Assist end users with IT assets, hardware, and software issues.
• Maintain inventory of IT assets and ensure SLA commitments are met.
• Ensure 24x7 EUCG support coverage and timely reporting.
• Coordinate with IT peers on projects and updates to documentation.
