Job summary

CBRE is seeking a Facilities Maintenance Technician to support a manufacturing/production client onsite. You will perform preventive maintenance, troubleshoot, and repair building systems to keep operations running smoothly on a Monday–Friday day shift.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or equivalent, 1–2 years of related experience, and strong communication and organizational skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and safety compliance are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or trade school with 1–2 years of related experience.
• Ability to meet physical requirements including lifting 50 lbs.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on mechanical, electrical, and building systems.
• Inspect facility assets and diagnose issues; execute repairs.
• Carry out general maintenance such as plumbing, kitchen equipment, grounds upkeep.
• Check HVAC, doors, electrical systems and plumbing fixtures regularly.
• Assist with installation and modification of building equipment.
• Review work orders and coordinate with teams to complete tasks.
• Support energy management and ensure building systems operate efficiently.
