Job summary

Foundry Studios Inc. in Manila, Philippines, is seeking a Data Encoder to join on-site for a full-time engagement. You will encode data into systems, maintain databases, and verify record completeness and accuracy.

You will organize information from various sources, perform routine data quality checks, and generate basic reports while collaborating with project teams. Experience with Helix ERP and finance-related documents is preferred.

Qualifications

• Prior data encoding or data-entry experience.
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Familiarity with checks, balances, or basic reconciliation is a plus.
• Comfort with ERP or business systems, preferably Helix.
• Ability to flag incomplete or inconsistent records.
• Onsite work in Tondo for the engagement duration.
• Basic understanding of finance/sales documents (receipts, PO, invoices, checks).

Responsibilities

• Day-to-day data encoding into systems with accuracy.
• Maintain and update databases, verify completeness and correctness.
• Organize information from multiple sources and run quality checks.
• Generate basic reports as needed and support project teams.
• Communicate data issues and follow security procedures.
