• Verify and review data for completeness, accuracy, and consistency before final submission or storage
• Maintain and organize digital records, files, and documentation for easy retrieval and reference
• Assist in generating reports, summaries, and data outputs
• Perform regular data cleaning, validation, and correction of inconsistencies or errors
• Ensure confidentiality and proper handling of sensitive company and client information
• Follow company guidelines, formatting standards, and data entry procedures at all times
