The Data Encoder is responsible for efficiently and accurately entering and managing data into the company's systems, ensuring the integrity and quality of the information. The role involves verifying, updating, and maintaining records to support operational processes and decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Enter and update data into company databases or systems with high accuracy.
• Verify the accuracy and completeness of data to ensure quality control.
• Perform regular data cleansing and maintenance tasks to ensure database integrity.
• Prepare and sort documents for data entry, including scanning and converting physical records into digital formats.
• Manage and organize large volumes of data, ensuring proper file organization and accessibility.
• Ensure confidentiality and security of sensitive information.
• Review and compare data from various sources to resolve discrepancies.
• Assist in generating reports, summaries, and other data-related tasks as required.
• Collaborate with other departments to resolve data issues or queries.
• Follow company data entry procedures and protocols to ensure consistency and efficiency.

Qualifications
