Responsibilities include handling inquiries via phone, chat, or email and delivering accurate information. The role requires you to work on shifting schedules, including weekends and holidays when needed, and to maintain high customer

Competenze

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• 6 months or more of customer service/BPO experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills essential.
• Customer-oriented and professional demeanor needed.
• Willingness to work 100% onsite in Makati City.
• Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays when required.
