Qualifications
- Experience in finance, bookkeeping, customer service, or admin roles.
- Strong numerical accuracy and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Familiarity with ERP/accounting systems such as NetSuite or Yooz.
Responsibilities
- Support day-to-day bookkeeping and credit control activities.
- Monitor customer accounts and follow up on payments.
- Process orders and invoices, ensuring proper documentation.
- Respond to inquiries about orders, invoices, and balances.
- Investigate discrepancies with finance, sales, and operations teams.
- Maintain organized filing of financial and customer records.
- Prepare financial reports and assist with month-end activities.
