Job summary

TASQ Staffing Solutions in Quezon City is seeking a CDI Team Leader to oversee the medical coding team onsite. The role requires a valid PHRN and USRN license, with 3–5 years of nursing experience in Medical-Surgical, ICU, Telemetry, or Emergency Department settings, and at least 1 year in team management. This is an onsite position in Quezon City.

You will coordinate daily operations, ensure accurate documentation, and lead audits to verify coding accuracy and payer compliance, starting ASAP.

Qualifications

• Valid PHRN and USRN licenses.
• Bachelor's degree in nursing.
• 3–5 years of recent clinical experience in Medical-Surgical, ICU, Telemetry, or Emergency Department settings.
• Minimum of 1 year of team management experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate the daily operations of the medical coding team to ensure prompt and precise documentation of medical records.
• Review and audit coded data to verify accuracy, completeness, and adherence to coding standards and payer requirements.
