Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience in medical coding.
• Minimum of 1 to 2 years of experience in same day surgery coding.
• Active COC, CPC or CCS Certification.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day activities of the coding team.
• Provide guidance and support to team members.
• Conduct performance evaluations of team members.
• Develop coding policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with compliance department.
