Job summary

BDO Unibank is seeking a Client Service Associate in Calamba, Laguna to handle over-the-counter transactions with accuracy and efficiency, including deposits, withdrawals, payments, and remittances.

You will provide friendly customer service, promote bank products, and ensure compliance with bank policies and regulatory requirements while working onsite in Calamba.

Candidates should hold a bachelor's degree, preferably in business, and may have up to one year of branch operations experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree relevant to the job, preferably Business course.
• Preferably at least one (1) year experience in branch operations in a commercial or universal bank.
• Required Skill: Communicates clearly and effectively.
• Willing to work onsite in Calamba, Laguna.

Responsibilities

• Performs start and end of day banking activities in line with approved processes and standards.
• Provides appropriate customer service to the clients of the Bank; may include but not limited to promoting/offering bank’s products and services.
• Performs other duties that may be required from time to time.
• Ensure compliance with Banks policies, procedures and regulatory requirements.
