Job summary

Lewis Personnel Management in Parañaque City is seeking a detail-oriented General Bookkeeper to maintain accurate financial records, handle reconciliations, and support month-end closes using cloud software like Xero, QuickBooks Online, or Sage. This is a 100% onsite, morning-shift role.

You will work with MS Excel and ensure compliance with accounting standards while collaborating with cross-border teams.

Qualifications

Experience in general bookkeeping and accounting processes.
Proficient in cloud accounting software such as Xero, QuickBooks Online, or Sage.
Solid understanding of double-entry accounting, reconciliations, and month-end procedures.
MS Excel/data management skills (intermediate to advanced).
Excellent written and verbal English communication for cross-border collaboration.
Willing to work 100% onsite in Parañaque City and morning shift.

Responsibilities

General Bookkeeping: maintain double-entry ledgers and record daily transactions.
Bank & Account Reconciliation: perform regular bank reconciliations and reconcile payables/receivables.
Month-End Close: execute closing procedures and post adjusting entries; prepare financial reports.
Cloud Software Management: use Xero, QuickBooks Online, or Sage to streamline data entry.
Data & Compliance: manage Excel spreadsheets and ensure records comply with standards.
