Job summary

Inteluck Corporation in Metro Manila is seeking a Finance Billing professional to join the Billing Preparation Team. You will manage POD review, billing, and refunds with a deep understanding of each client’s billing requirements.

You will oversee daily billing operations, ensure invoicing accuracy, and collaborate with Projects and IT to enhance internal systems that support the billing process. The role is onsite in Makati, Philippines, with immediate start for a motivated candidate.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of working experience for an associate position.
• Preferable with hands-on experiences in large-volume billing and in the transportation industry.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the billing department.
• Ensure billing policies and procedures are followed and invoicing is accurate.
• Review PODs, billing, and refunds for clients with a deep understanding of client billing requirements.
• Collaborate with Projects/IT to enhance internal systems to support the billing process.
