Job summary

Expertise BPO Services Manila, Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented Billing and Accounts Receivable Specialist to manage billing, invoicing, collections, and reconciliations, ensuring timely payments and accurate revenue reporting.

The role reports to the Director of Finance and requires collaboration with clients and finance managers. You will work onsite at Iloilo Business Park, Megaworld, Mandurriao, Iloilo City, with a 1:00 p.m.–10:00 p.m.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field.
• At least three years of relevant experience in a corporate environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; QuickBooks knowledge and experience are preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities independently with sound judgement regarding prioritization and escalation.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
• Willing to work onsite in Iloilo City location as specified.
• Availability to work the regular schedule of 1:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m.; onboarding training will take place on the night shift from 7:00 p.m. to 4:00 a.m.

Responsibilities

• Manage employee timekeeping and review and approve billable hours.
• Convert approved billable hours into accurate customer invoices.
• Prepare and distribute customer statements.
• Record remittances and deposits in the company cashbook and apply them to the appropriate customer accounts.
• Collaborate with customers, Director of Finance and managers to communicate and resolve billing and payment issues.
• Monitor accounts receivable ageing reports and promptly identify critical issues.
• Track, follow up on, and report customer payment commitments.
• Escalate unresolved issues and track them through final resolution.
• Liaise with banks to resolve remittance-related issues.
• Update and reconcile revenue master files.
• Prepare revenue slides for management meetings.
• Reporting directly to Director of Finance
