Job summary

MINI Philippines is seeking a detail-oriented Parts Clerk to join our automotive team in Pasig. You will manage inventory, verify parts shipments, and assist customers and technicians to ensure smooth parts operations.

The role involves maintaining records, processing orders, coordinating with suppliers, and ensuring proper documentation of all parts transactions. Onsite work and a contractual employment arrangement are required. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any course or Automotive-related program.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Willingness to work onsite in Pasig, Philippines

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming parts and supplies.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and stock levels.
• Issue parts to technicians and record transactions.
• Assist customers with parts inquiries and orders (in-person and phone).
• Prepare purchase orders for parts replenishment.
• Coordinate with suppliers for deliveries and returns.
• Organize and maintain the parts storage area.
• Conduct regular inventory counts and stock audits.
• Process warranty parts and returns according to procedures.
• Ensure proper documentation of all parts transactions.
