Job summary

Autohub Group of Companies is seeking a Parts Warehouseman for MINI BGC to handle receiving, organizing, picking, packing, and stock control of automotive parts. You will maintain accurate records, perform counts, and coordinate with multiple teams to ensure smooth operations.

The ideal candidate is a college graduate with basic inventory knowledge, computer literacy, and the physical ability to lift parts. Driving a four-wheel vehicle is a plus, and you should be ready to start soon.

Qualifications

• College Graduate.
• Experience in warehouse, inventory, or automotive parts operations is preferred.
• Basic knowledge of inventory management and warehouse procedures.
• Computer literate and familiar with inventory systems.
• Physically fit and capable of lifting and moving parts and materials.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and trustworthy.
• Willing to work flexible hours when required.
• Knows how to drive 4 wheels
• Can start a soon as possible

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming parts and deliveries.
• Organize and store parts in designated warehouse locations.
• Pick, pack, and prepare parts for release to technicians, branches, or customers.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and update stock movements in the system.
• Conduct regular inventory counts and assist in cycle counts and annual stocktaking.
• Monitor stock levels and report shortages, damages, or discrepancies.
• Ensure proper labeling and identification of all parts and materials.
• Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards.
• Assist in loading and unloading deliveries.
• Coordinate with the Parts Department and other teams regarding parts availability and requests.
• Follow company policies and procedures for inventory control and warehouse operations.
