Job summary

TTEC Pasay is seeking an Associate Recruiter to support high-volume hiring for client accounts on site in Pasay, Philippines. You will screen resumes, conduct phone screens, and coordinate interviews while delivering a positive candidate experience.

Reporting to the Talent Acquisition Manager, you will use Taleo for data entry, generate weekly reports, and contribute to onboarding processes. A minimum of two years' recruiting experience and strong interpersonal skills are required.

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and interpersonal skills with candidates.
• Ability to adapt plans and meet aggressive hiring goals and timelines.
