Job summary

Collins Aerospace, a Raytheon Technologies company, seeks an assembler at its Tanauan City, Philippines facility to perform routine assembly tasks and help ensure on-time product delivery.

Responsibilities include assembling electrical and mechanical components per blueprints, using hand tools, and collaborating with Manufacturing to hit daily and monthly targets. Senior high school graduates with 1–3 years’ experience are welcome; familiarity with CI, Kaizen and 5S is a plus.

Qualifications

• Senior high school graduates welcome; 1–3 years related experience and/or training is an advantage.
• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience is acceptable.
• Preferably with experience in manufacturing tools techniques (CI, Kaizen, 5S, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Assembles and/or installs various electrical and/or mechanical components as per blueprints, wire lists, diagrams or shop practices.
• Performs routine assembly tasks with multiple skill levels.
• Utilizes common hand tools to complete assembly tasks.
• Collaborates with Manufacturing team to ensure on-time product delivery by achieving daily and monthly targets.
