Job summary

RTX in the Philippines (Tanauan City) is seeking on-site assemblers to contribute to timely production. You will prepare for assembly, read blueprints, and install electrical or mechanical components using common hand tools.

Fresh senior high school graduates are welcome; 1–3 years of related experience is a plus. This is a 3-month fixed-term position with immediate start, oriented toward teamwork and quality results.

Qualifications

• Senior high school graduates welcomed to apply.
• 1–3 years related experience is an advantage.
• Able to read and understand simple instructions and memos.

Responsibilities

• Assembles and installs electrical/mechanical components per blueprints or diagrams.
• Prepares for assembly and works with team to hit daily targets.
• Uses small hand tools like soldering irons, wire strippers, crimpers, wrenches, screwdrivers.
