Qualifications

5+ years of FMCG maintenance experience.
Professional Engineer status preferred (or member of a professional institution).
Strong troubleshooting and maintenance planning skills.
Experience with automation and control systems.

Responsibilities

Coach and guide maintenance technicians to meet timelines and quality.
Eliminate losses using PM, FI, and QC tools.
Ensure equipment availability to meet production plans.
Provide training for safe working practices and standards.
Lead continuous improvement in preventive and predictive maintenance.
Support training and coaching for maintenance teams and cross-functional partners.
