Cognizant Technology Solutions Philippines Inc. is seeking customer support associates to assist members with account, billing, and subscription inquiries onsite in Taguig.

You will troubleshoot login and content access issues across website and mobile apps while delivering friendly, accurate guidance. Ideal candidates have at least two years of college, a background in sales, and strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
