Job summary

DVT Philippines is seeking a skilled Customer Engagement Specialist to handle online inquiries and drive sales for our printing, engraving, and customization services. You will respond via Facebook, Instagram, email, and other channels, understand customer needs, and propose suitable solutions.

Work closely with the production and marketing teams to convert leads into confirmed orders, maintain excellent customer relationships, and help achieve monthly sales and service targets.

Qualifications

• College graduate of a business-related course (preferred).
• At least 1 year of experience in online sales, customer service, or a similar role.
• Excellent communication, selling, and customer service skills.
• Proficient in Facebook, Instagram, email, and other online communication platforms.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple customer inquiries.
• Experience in the printing, engraving, advertising, or customized merchandise industry is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries through Facebook, Instagram, email, and other online channels.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable printing, engraving, and customization services.
• Prepare quotations, process orders, and follow up to convert inquiries into sales.
• Coordinate with the production team to ensure accurate order fulfillment.
• Maintain good relationships with customers and provide excellent after-sales support.
• Work with the Digital Marketing Specialist to convert marketing leads into confirmed orders.
• Achieve monthly sales and customer service targets.
