Job summary

HT Printing Services is seeking a proactive sales support professional in Meycauayan, Bulacan. The role involves handling inquiries via Facebook, website, chat, email, phone, and text, and converting leads into clients.

You will coordinate with production, prepare quotes, and guide orders from initial contact to delivery. You should have experience in customer service or inside sales, be comfortable selling and closing, and possess strong written English and Filipino communication.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, inside sales, telesales, or client-facing work.
• Comfort with selling, handling objections, and closing.
• Strong written communication in Filipino and English.
• Excellent organizational skills; manage multiple conversations simultaneously.
• High attention to detail.
• Able to work under deadline pressure across multiple accounts.
• Comfortable with spreadsheets, chat platforms, and learning new systems.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via multiple channels (Facebook, website, chat, email, phone, text).
• Contact leads to convert them into prospects or clients.
• Qualify inquiries by product, quantity, specs, budget, and deadline.
• Recommend products and materials fitting customer needs and budget.
• Prepare or coordinate quotations and follow through to closed orders.
• Follow up on open quotes until conversion or closure.
• Guide clients from first contact to delivered order.
• Log inquiries, quotes, and interactions daily in company systems.
• Coordinate with production on schedules and specifications.
• Perform other sales and marketing tasks as assigned.
