Job summary

Dermorepubliq Corporation in Metro Manila is seeking a Sales Executive – Online to drive performance across Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, Shopify, and other marketplaces. You will translate commercial objectives into channel plans, lead marketplace initiatives, and collaborate with Sales Manager – Online to grow revenue and optimize listings, pricing, and content.

Qualifications

2–5 years of experience in eCommerce, marketplace management, account management, or digital sales.
Proven experience managing commercial performance across marketplaces (Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, Shopify).
Experience leading marketplace campaigns and cross-functional initiatives.
Ability to analyze business performance and recommend growth strategies.

Responsibilities

Own the commercial performance of assigned eCommerce channels including listings, pricing, content, and assortment alignment.
Plan and execute marketplace promotions (vouchers, flash sales, bundles, campaigns).
Monitor sales, inventory, and demand trends; coordinate with Supply Chain and Fulfillment for stock optimization.
Manage marketplace operations including order health and issue resolution to protect customer experience.
Ensure platform policy compliance and account health to maintain eligibility.
Analyze channel performance and marketplace insights to drive action.
