Qualifications

• 3+ years experience in digital or performance marketing.
• Experience managing paid advertising campaigns.
• Solid understanding of SEO, email marketing, and content marketing.
• Experience using marketing analytics and reporting tools.
• Basic website management experience (WordPress preferred).
• Self-driven, proactive, and able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute digital marketing strategy focused on lead generation.
• Manage and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads and social media platforms.
• Implement SEO strategies to increase organic visibility and website traffic.
• Create and manage email marketing campaigns and newsletters.
• Support content marketing initiatives including blogs and digital campaigns.
• Monitor campaign performance and optimize based on analytics and reporting.
• Maintain and update website content and landing pages (WordPress).
• Identify opportunities to improve conversion rates and marketing performance.
