• Interact with players in a lively, professional, and welcoming manner while strictly following chat etiquette and community rules.
• Answer player inquiries regarding game mechanics, payout odds, casino policies, and promotions.
• Highlight and promote ongoing casino events, bonuses, and promotions in a persuasive and informative way.
• Address unclear or complex player questions by escalating them to the Studio Assistant or Duty Manager promptly.
• Report all suspected fraud, technical issues, or rule infractions immediately.
• Collaborate with studio managers, QA teams, technical staff, and product teams to ensure seamless live game sessions.
• Maintain a professional appearance with appropriate makeup, hairstyle, and attire in accordance with company standards.
• Promote the game and encourage participation throughout the broadcast, aligning with company marketing and branding strategies.
• Stay up to date with changes in game rules, features, and compliance policies.
• Perform other related tasks as assigned by supervisors.
