Qualifications

• College graduate in any course.
• Experience as a receptionist in a medical or healthcare setting.
• Proficiency with medical management software.
• Excellent written and spoken communication in English and Filipino.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Commitment to patient-centered care and confidentiality.
• Must reside in Pasay City.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients, visitors and healthcare professionals professionally and compassionately.
• Manage patient check-in/check-out and verify insurance information.
• Schedule and coordinate appointments using medical management systems.
• Answer calls and direct inquiries to appropriate departments.
• Maintain accurate, confidential patient records per regulations.
• Process patient payments and handle billing inquiries.
• Keep reception area clean, organized and professional.
• Assist with filing, data entry and correspondence.
• Provide information about services, treatments and facility procedures.
• Coordinate with clinical and admin staff for smooth daily operations.
• Manage waiting areas to ensure patient comfort.
