Axi Philippines seeks an Onboarding Success Analyst to join a global client onboarding team. You will review KYC documentation and IDV results, decide on acceptance, elevation, or rejection, and contribute to strengthening onboarding controls across jurisdictions.

Demonstrated experience in KYC, AML, and risk-based decision making is required, with the ability to work with Compliance, Technology, and Operations to resolve issues and improve processes.

Competenze

• 1–3 years of experience in KYC, AML, customer due diligence, identity verification, or onboarding operations within financial services, fintech, banking, payments, or online brokerage.
• Hands-on experience reviewing identity documents and assessing IDV outcomes, with a clear understanding of compliant verification versus risk flags.
• Proven track record applying risk-based decision making to onboarding cases and knowing when to elevate or approve based on policy and evidence.

Mansioni

• Review customer applications and KYC documentation end-to-end, making accept, elevate, or reject decisions against onboarding requirements and regulatory frameworks.
• Assess IDV results and identity documents for discrepancies, inconsistencies, and risk signals that automated systems may miss.
• Own processing of KYC, account setup, and onboarding requests within controls and timelines, ensuring accuracy at volume.
• Lead handling of complex and high-risk cases, applying CDD and AML procedures for Enhanced Due Diligence scenarios.
• Investigate KYC and IDV failures by coordinating with Compliance, Technology, and Operations to diagnose root cause and drive resolution.
