Qualifications

• Supports onboarding cases and compliance activities within established processes and guidelines.
• Follows documented procedures for verification, documentation accuracy, and timely completion of onboarding requirements.
• Ensures accuracy of onboarding records and adherence to service level agreements.

Responsibilities

• Supports assigned onboarding cases and compliance activities within established processes and guidelines. Focuses on operational execution, documentation accuracy, and timely completion of onboarding requirements.
• Standard onboarding requirements for entry-level, frontline, and volume hires with defined compliance checklists and established verification procedures.
• Makes process-related decisions within defined procedures and escalates compliance concerns, documentation discrepancies, or complex verification issues when needed.
• Accuracy of onboarding records, timely completion of compliance checklists, document verification, system access provisioning, and adherence to onboarding service level agreements.
• Executes onboarding processes and compliance activities within established workflows, checklists, and service level agreements.
• Contributes to onboarding efficiency, compliance adherence, new hire experience, and smooth transition from candidate to employee status.
