Coconut is seeking an Onboarding Engineer to connect supplier inventory systems to autoparts.com, enabling seamless product display and ordering for our partners. The role requires hands-on API integration, web development, and supplier onboarding experience, with a focus on quick, accurate delivery.

As a full-time remote position (Pacific time hours), you will adapt onboarding across diverse systems, run testing workflows, and maintain onboarding efficiencies while enjoying a comprehensive

Role: Onboarding Engineer

Monthly Rate: $3000

Availability: Full-time - 40 hours/week

Time Zone: Pacific time business hours

Requirements

Experience Needed/Responsibilities:

- Connect new suppliers’ inventory systems to autoparts.com so their products can be displayed and ordered.

- Test each connection and confirm inventory is visible and accessible.

- Adapt the onboarding process to suppliers with different systems and ordering processes. The existing geolocation system does not need to be built.

Good to have:

- Web or front-end development; database structuring and maintenance.

- Broader back-end or IT administration skills, including Google Workspace management.

Non-negotiable Requirements:

- Confidence connecting systems and handling supplier onboarding.

- Quick turnaround without sacrificing quality.

- Diligence and ability to work through onboarding and testing independently.

Industry/Tools Experience:

- API integrations; familiarity with Nexpart would be valuable.
