Job summary

Alter Domus is seeking an accounting data migration analyst in Manila to assist with onboarding and data migrations into the eFront system. The role reports to the Platform Delivery Team lead and involves coordinating client requirements, analyzing historical data, and ensuring successful migration adoption by client teams.

The ideal candidate has 1–2 years in accounting analysis, fluent English, and a background with accounting systems. Experience with FIA is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Accounting or Finance.
• Fluent in English.
• Detail oriented, analytical and inquisitive.
• 1–2 years of experience in accounting analysis, financial reports delivery or related.
• Experience with accounting systems in a similar role (posting accounting data, gathering user requirements, enhancement requests, working on systems implementations, training) will be an advantage.
• First experience in eFront FrontInvest (FIA) solution would be a plus.

Responsibilities

• Play a key role in client onboarding from systems to Alter Domus applications landscape.
• Attend planning and set up meetings to gain an understanding of client requirements.
• Analyze client’s historical accounting data.
• Prepare, execute & reconcile accounting data imports based on outputs from previous systems.
• Attend post-migration meetings.
• Ensure clients facing teams' adoption of the new setup.
• Act as a first level of support when needed.
• Have a vested interest in the success of the data migrations and ensure benefits are realized as part of the project.
• Work closely with the Platform Delivery Team lead and escalate as needed.

YOUR PROFILE

• You must have a bachelor degree in Accounting or Finance
• You are fluent in English

• At least 1-2 years of experience in accounting analysis, financial reports delivery or related.
