Job summary

Alter Domus in the Philippines is seeking a data onboarding specialist to assist with onboarding and data migrations into the eFront system. You will report to the Platform Delivery Team lead and work closely with client teams to capture requirements and ensure a smooth transition.

Responsibilities include analyzing historical accounting data, preparing and reconciling imports, supporting post-migration activities, and helping client-facing teams adopt the new setup.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Accounting or Finance required.
• Fluent in English.
• 1-2 years accounting analysis or related experience.
• Experience with accounting systems in similar roles is advantageous.
• Experience with eFront FrontInvest (FIA) is a plus.

Job DESCRIPTION

The responsibility of the right candidate will be to assist with the onboarding and data migrations on new business into our eFront system.

The successful candidate will be reporting to the Platform Delivery Team lead.

Your Responsibilities Will Include

• Play a key role in the clients onboarding from systems to AlterDomus applications landscape
• Attend planning and set up meetings to gain an understanding of client requirements
• Analyse client’s historical accounting data
• Prepare, execute & reconcile accounting data imports based on outputs from previous systems
• Attend post migration meetings
• Ensure clients facing teams' adoption of the new set up
• Act as a first level of support when needed
• Have a vested interest in the success of the data migrations and ensure that benefits are being realised as part of the project
• Work closely with the Platform Delivery Team lead and escape any issues or concerns

Your Profile

• You must have a bachelor degree in Accounting or Finance
• You are fluent in English
• You are detail oriented, analytical and inquisitive
• At least 1-2 years of experience in accounting analysis, financial reports delivery or related.
• Experience with accounting systems in a similar role (posting accounting data, gathering user requirements, enhancement requests, working on systems implementations, training) will be an advantage
• A first experience in eFront FrontInvest (FIA) solution would be a plus.
