Responsibilities

• Train and coach salesmen on Availability, Visibility, and Customer Service.
• Conduct weekly one-on-one route riding and provide performance feedback.
• Identify skill gaps and training needs in coordination with the Field Sales Supervisor and HR.
• Support achievement of monthly sales objectives through approved strategies.
• Monitor route performance, ensure compliance, and implement corrective actions.
• Drive STT target achievement through coaching, monitoring, and effective trade execution.
• Assist in evaluating salesman and route performance.
• Conduct orientation, coaching, counseling, meetings, and performance appraisals.
• Recommend employee development, promotions, and appropriate personnel movements.
• Promote discipline, employee relations, teamwork, leadership, and continuous improvement.
• Identify and facilitate training and cross-training needs.
• Provide operational support and assume duties of sales personnel and supervisors during absences.
• Prepare and submit monthly coverage plans, weekly accomplishment reports, and other required reports.
• Coordinate product deliveries, logistics, and operational concerns with relevant departments and the Principal.
• Assist with permits, payments, contracts, and other administrative requirements.
• Conduct weekly inspections and ensure proper maintenance of company vehicles, equipment, assets, and facilities.
• Ensure cleanliness, safety, and proper upkeep of the Staff House.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Immediate Superior or General Manager.
