Asia Peopleworks Inc. in Quezon City is seeking a fresh graduate Electrical Engineer to join our on-site wind-energy support team. The role focuses on troubleshooting, documenting procedures, and building local technical capability at wind farm sites.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams and must be willing to relocate anywhere in Luzon while delivering incentives-based recognition for performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related technical major.
• Good English communication skills (CET-6 / IELTS 6.0 equivalent or above).
• Strong learning agility and desire to grow in the renewable energy industry.
• Willing to work on-site at wind farm projects and relocate anywhere in Luzon.

Responsabilités

• Identify and close loop on major on-site product & process non-conformances.
• Conduct on-site wind turbine troubleshooting, root cause analysis and repair support; ensure wind turbine availability.
• Coordinate with mid-office and back-office resources to resolve issues and accumulate problem-solving experience.
• Assist in building the local team's product & process technical capability and document on-site procedures.
