Job summary

Responsibilities include assisting customers with account inquiries, refunds, enrollments, changes, updates, credentials, and providing support for Connected Drive features. The role requires professionalism and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong customer service and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency with computers and various software systems.
• Ability to stay calm and efficient in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in customer service or call centers preferred.
• Amenable to work on rotation/nightshift, holidays and on-site.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls and provide excellent customer service to vehicle owners.
• Assist customers with account and subscription inquiries; refunds, enrollments, changes, account updates, credentials.
• Provide phone support to the Police when a vehicle is reported stolen, following protocols.
• Assist clients with Connected Drive topics: remote unlock, purchase of apps for the vehicle, set up and connect the mobile phone to the car app, set up the customer account.
• Maintain high level of professionalism in interactions with colleagues, Team Leads, Operations Managers, etc.
• Performs other functions related to the position.
