Job summary

EY Philippines is seeking an On-site Technology Support Team Lead (Assistant Director) to drive end-user technology support across a large geography, including the GDS Cebu Center. You will lead a multi-site team, ensure service excellence, and partner with EY Technology leadership.

This role demands 6+ years of leadership in tech support, strong communication, and vendor management. You’ll mentor staff, manage SLAs, and align operations with EY policies while traveling as needed to support

Qualifications

• At least 6 years of leading large teams in customer software, hardware and technology support.
• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, organizational, project and time management skills.
• Vendor relationship management experience.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead a large team across multiple sites to deliver end-user support.
• Coordinate resources and initiatives to meet EY Technology support standards.
• Mentor team members and ensure SLAs and KPIs are achieved.
• Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and adherence to SLAs.
• Communicate with Senior Management and stakeholders in the geography.
• Travel within the supported geography as required.
