Job summary

EY GDS Cebu Center seeks an On-site Technology Support Team Lead to manage end-user support across a broad geography. You will lead a sizable team, ensure service delivery excellence, and mentor staff to meet EY standards.

The role requires strong stakeholder engagement, vendor management, and deep knowledge of EY policies. You will be expected to drive continuous improvement and may travel within the geography as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience desirable.
• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, organizational, project and time management skills.
• Established vendor relationship management experience
• Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to liaise and build strong relationships with local office and engagement leadership
• At least 6 years of leading large teams in customer software, hardware and technology support

Responsibilities

• Leverage resources and coordinate team initiatives to meet customer needs per EY Tech support processes.
• Prioritize tasks and apply technical knowledge to implement technical and business solutions.
• Develop action plans and oversee team to use appropriate tools and standards.
• Mentor others through the solution process to satisfy customer needs.
• Build relationships with Senior Management and Stakeholders in the supported geography.
• Act as liaison between OSTS and customers to ensure effective communications flow.
