Aboitiz Foods is seeking a Farm Supervisor to lead the Breeding & Gestation unit in Tarlac. You will oversee daily operations, ensure welfare of the swine herd, and supervise staff while upholding biosecurity and animal husbandry standards.

The role requires a degree in Animal Science, Animal Husbandry or Veterinary Medicine and about 3 years of experience in a 500-sow operation, preferably as a supervisor. Team leadership and process improvement are essential.

Qualifications

• Must have a degree in Animal Science, Animal Husbandry or Veterinary Medicine.
• Preferably 3 years work experience in a 500-sow level swine operation, preferably as a farm supervisor.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of assigned swine unit to ensure productivity and welfare.
• Supervise farm staff and implement management practices.
• Monitor heat detection, artificial insemination, and gestation processes.
• Maintain breeding records and ensure data accuracy for reporting.
• Enforce biosecurity protocols and animal health measures.
• Coordinate with veterinary team and manage budgets for the unit.
• Ensure facilities maintenance, cleaning, and environmental controls.
• Foster teamwork and continuous improvement among staff.
