Job summary

Perrc Inc. is seeking a Safety Officer to implement and monitor health and safety programs at the Pasig construction site. You will ensure compliance with DOLE OSH requirements, company policies, and project safety standards to maintain a safe working environment.

Responsibilities include inspections, risk assessments, toolbox meetings, and incident investigations, with focus on PPE usage and emergency procedures. On-site work with Navotas project exposure.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• DOLE-accredited Safety Officer certification (SO2 or SO3 preferred).
• 2–3 years of experience as a Safety Officer in construction.
• Knowledge of DOLE OSH Standards and risk assessment.
• Experience in inspections, toolbox meetings, orientations, and investigations.

Responsibilities

• Implement and monitor Health and Safety Program and site procedures.
• Conduct site safety inspections and hazard identification.
• Ensure DOLE OSH compliance and project safety standards.
• Conduct safety orientations, toolbox meetings, and briefings.
• Monitor proper use of PPE and safety equipment.
• Prepare safety reports, checklists, and incident reports.
• Investigate accidents, near misses, and violations.
• Recommend corrective and preventive actions.
• Coordinate with project personnel and subcontractors on safety.
• Ensure emergency preparedness and response procedures.
• Perform other safety-related duties as assigned.
