Qualified candidates should hold a Bachelor's Degree, 1–3 years of construction safety experience, and relevant COSH/PCO certifications, with willingness to be assigned to Pandacan/Albay/Zambales or Pasay (MOA).

Qualifikationen

• 1–3 years’ Safety Officer experience in construction.
• Knowledge of safety policies, hazard/risk analysis, and safety implementation.
• COSH Certificate.
• PCO Certification is an advantage.
• Computer literate.

Aufgaben

• Conduct site inspections and identify safety hazards.
• Monitor compliance with occupational safety standards.
• Investigate accidents, near misses, and unsafe practices.
• Recommend corrective and preventive actions.
• Conduct safety orientations and trainings.
• Prepare safety reports and documentation.
• Coordinate with project management and EHS team.
• Monitor implementation of risk control measures.
