Job summary

Create Synergies Inc. in Mandaluyong is seeking a Restaurant System Officer to support day-to-day administration, maintenance, and improvement of restaurant business systems.

You will work closely with store operations and IT teams to ensure applications run efficiently and meet operational needs. Based on on-site requirements, the role covers system implementation, testing, and training for restaurant personnel, with a Monday–Friday schedule.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience supporting business applications, POS, ERP, or restaurant systems.
• Experience in restaurant, retail, or hospitality operations is an advantage.
• Willing to provide on-site operational support when needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day support for Restaurant Management Systems and business applications.
• Assist in system implementation, upgrades, and rollout activities.
• Coordinate system testing and user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Troubleshoot system issues and coordinate resolution with vendors and IT teams.
• Monitor system performance and prepare reports on recurring issues.
• Maintain system documentation, SOPs, and user manuals.
• Conduct user orientation and system training for restaurant personnel.
• Support process improvement initiatives related to restaurant systems.
