Job summary

Create Synergies Inc. in Mandaluyong is seeking a Restaurant Management System (RMS) Officer to support RMS and related operational applications across restaurant branches. The role acts as the liaison between business users, IT, and external vendors to ensure restaurant systems run smoothly.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor's degree in IT/CS/IS and 3–5 years’ experience with RMS, POS, ERP, or enterprise apps, preferably in hospitality. On-site, full-time role with regular Monday–Friday hours.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT/CS/IS/related field.
• 3–5 years of experience supporting RMS/POS/ERP
• Experience in restaurant chains or hospitality operations preferred
• Knowledge of POS, ERP, inventory and restaurant systems
• Experience in system implementation, testing, and user support

Responsibilities

• Administer and support RMS and related operational applications.
• Coordinate system implementation, onboarding, enhancements, and upgrades.
• Gather business requirements from Operations and stakeholders.
• Perform system configuration, testing, validation, and UAT.
• Monitor system performance and resolve application issues with vendors/IT teams.
• Develop and maintain system documentation, SOPs, and training materials.
• Conduct system orientation and end-user training for restaurant teams.
• Recommend system enhancements to improve efficiency and user experience.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives related to restaurant technology.
