You will prepare take-offs, estimates, billings, and variation orders while coordinating with engineering, procurement, and accounting teams.

On-site full-time work at Mamplasan, Biñan, Laguna is required. The role emphasizes accuracy, budgeting, and cross-team collaboration with a focus on cost control and contract

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Quantity Surveying.
• 2–5 years in quantity surveying and cost estimation.
• Road/infrastructure experience and handling progress billings/variation orders.
• Licensed Civil Engineer preferred.
• Fluent in MS Excel and familiarity with AutoCAD and estimation software.

Responsibilities

• Prepare quantity take-offs and detailed cost estimates for civil/structural works.
• Assist with contract evaluation, bid documents, variation orders, and claim resolutions.
• Monitor expenditures against budgets and generate cost reports.
• Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and accounting teams; maintain project records.
• Support safety initiatives and ensure compliance with standards.
