Job summary

Lindenrock Builders Inc. is seeking a Quantity Surveyor/Quality Assurance Cost Control Manager for on-site Rizal projects. You will oversee the financial health and quality compliance from estimation to final account settlement.

Lead the QS Cost Control team, prepare budgets and BOQs, monitor costs, review change orders, manage contracts, and provide cost-saving recommendations while ensuring standards are met.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
• Licensed Civil Engineer eligible to sign as STE for PCAB.
• At least 4 years in Cost Control/Commercial/QS, incl. 3 years supervisory.
• Experience with general contractors and consultancy firms.
• Proficient in MS Office and AutoCAD.
• Strong leadership, communication, analytical and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the QS Cost Control team across multiple project sites.
• Prepare bidding documents, procurement packages, budgets, BOQs, BOMs, and TORs.
• Monitor project costs, analyze budget variances, and prepare financial reports.
• Evaluate change orders, claims, and time extension requests.
• Manage contracts, commercial negotiations, and subcontractor billings.
• Prepare executive cost reports and provide cost-saving recommendations.
• Ensure project quality standards are implemented.
• Perform other cost control and project execution tasks as needed.
