Job summary

Savills Philippines is seeking a Property Officer to oversee daily property operations, ensuring reliability, safety, and efficiency within approved budgets. The role requires on-site work and supports tenant relations, preventive maintenance, and regulatory compliance.

With 3+ years in property management, the candidate will lead maintenance activities, coordinate with vendors, and uphold energy-management practices while ensuring safety standards and proper documentation.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of working experience in Property Management.
• Willing to work on-site.
• Amenable to work six (6) days a week.

Responsibilities

• Oversees daily property operations within budgets to ensure reliability and efficiency.
• Conducts regular inspections of facilities and monitors equipment performance and operational conditions.
• Ensures cleanliness, safety, and compliance with house rules and property regulations.
• Addresses tenant concerns promptly and coordinates with security to maintain a safe environment.
• Develops and implements preventive maintenance programs for machinery and equipment.
• Schedules and monitors maintenance activities, ensuring compliance by third-party contractors.
• Maintains operational readiness of building systems and ensures permits and contracts are up to date.
• Manages vendor performance by setting and enforcing SLAs and KPIs.
