Job summary

Graceline Products, Inc. seeks a Project In-Charge to oversee the execution, installation, and delivery of modular cabinetry for high-rise and residential projects in Pampanga and Laguna.

You will coordinate site activities, manage schedules, ensure quality, and liaise with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams. The ideal candidate has a degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering, 1 year of relevant experience, and proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• At least 1 year of experience in modular cabinetry or fit-out projects.
• Fresh graduates with OJT in modular cabinetry may apply.
• Strong understanding of technical drawings and installation procedures.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate installation on-site.
• Ensure timelines, quality and safety standards are met.
• Conduct regular site inspections and prepare progress reports.
• Coordinate with clients, designers and suppliers on materials and schedules.
• Resolve on-site issues proactively and efficiently.
• Monitor and control project costs and resource allocation.
• Prepare accomplishment reports for Progress Billing.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and client requirements.
