Maynilad Water Services is seeking a qualified individual for project inspection roles in Quezon City, Metro Manila. The candidate will be responsible for daily monitoring of contractor activities, ensuring compliance with standards and specifications.

The ideal candidate should have at least 30 units of Chemistry courses and be a registered Chemical Technician with relevant project experience. Training in Occupational Safety & Health is an advantage. Strong communication skills and the ability to work under pressure are crucial.

Formación

• Experience in project/construction related works (1-3 years).
• Basic Occupational Safety & Health training is an advantage.
• Ability to learn new software applications.

Responsabilidades

• Daily inspection and monitoring of Contractor's works.
• Ensure compliance to project specifications, safety, and health requirements.
• Conduct inspection and punch-listing of completed works.

Conocimientos

Computer literate (Microsoft Office)

Professional verbal and written communication skills

Ability to interpret Plans, Drawings, Specifications

Knowledgeable in Construction Management

Excellent driving skills

Educación

Completed at least thirty (30) units of undergraduate Chemistry courses
