Job summary

Dempsey Resource Management Inc. in Olongapo is seeking an on-site Sales Engineer with 3–5 years in petroleum or related industries. A bachelor’s degree in engineering is required, with preference for licensed mechanical engineers.

Strong sales, managerial, and communication skills are essential. You will solicit new accounts, ensure timely delivery, monitor credit accounts, and respond to customer needs. Proficiency in English and computer literacy, plus a valid driver’s license, are required.

Qualifications

• Graduate in engineering with preference for licensed mechanical engineer.
• Minimum 3 years in petroleum or related industry.
• Attended trainings related to petroleum sales, facility operations and management.
• Solid sales and managerial skills.
• Proficient in oral and written English.
• Good interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Solicit new accounts and maintain current accounts/customers.
• Ensure orders are delivered on time and conform to customer specifications.
• Conduct customer surveys for new commercial/distributor customers.
• Maintain current status of customer’s credit accounts.
