Job summary

A1 Globus Manpower Inc. Rizal is seeking a dedicated Medical Technologist to join our Diagnostic Clinic team.

The Medical Technologist will perform laboratory procedures, collect and analyze specimens, ensuring accurate test results while maintaining safety and confidentiality. The candidate should have a Bachelor’s in Medical Technology, be a PRC-registered Medical Technologist, and be proficient in quality control, biosafety, and equipment calibration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Medical Technology/Medical Laboratory Science.
• Registered Medical Technologist (RMT) with valid PRC License.
• Experience in diagnostic clinic or laboratory setting is an advantage.
• Knowledgeable in laboratory procedures, specimen handling, and quality control.
• Must possess Biohazard Safety Training Certificate or Biosafety Certification.
• With training/certification in Infection Control and Proper Waste Management is an advantage.
• Knowledgeable in handling laboratory equipment and diagnostic machines.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willing to work in shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays if needed.

Responsibilities

• Perform laboratory tests and diagnostic procedures accurately and efficiently.
• Collect, label, process, and prepare patient specimens.
• Operate, maintain, and calibrate laboratory equipment and machines.
• Ensure proper documentation and recording of laboratory results.
• Follow infection control, biosafety, and biohazard waste disposal protocols.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the laboratory area.
• Coordinate with physicians and clinic staff regarding laboratory findings.
• Ensure compliance with DOH, OSHA, and clinic laboratory standards.
• Monitor inventory of laboratory supplies and reagents.
• Assist in patient care and provide excellent customer service.
