Job summary

Our Clients in Mandaluyong invites an IT Asset Governance Manager who will lead inventory governance, standardize BOMs, ensure policy compliance, and manage IT asset lifecycles across all locations.

You will collaborate with Procurement, IT Operations, and Finance to drive accurate records, audits, warranties tracking, disposal, and performance reporting, while developing KPIs and leading the IT asset management team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in IT Asset Management or IT Inventory.
• At least 2 years in a managerial role.
• Experience with ERP or IT Asset Management platforms.
• Strong leadership, planning, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead IT asset governance and inventory management.
• Establish asset management standards and procedures.
• Oversee BOM development and maintenance.
• Manage inventory audits and reconciliation.
• Ensure proper asset allocation and utilization.
• Collaborate with Procurement, IT Operations, and Finance.
• Track warranties, maintenance, and asset disposal.
• Develop reports and KPIs for asset performance.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives.
