Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT/CS/Engineering or related field.
• 3–5 years in IT inventory/asset/configuration/BOM management.
• Experience creating and maintaining BOMs for IT deployments.
• Strong knowledge of IT hardware, POS, networking, lifecycle mgmt.
• Experience with ERP or ITAM systems.
• Advanced Excel with analytics and reporting.
• Excellent organization and stakeholder management.
• Experience in multi-site environments is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain accurate inventory records of IT assets including POS systems, desktops, laptops, servers, networking equipment, printers, handheld devices, and peripherals.
• Create, maintain, and standardize BOMs for site deployments, renovations, upgrades and projects.
• Ensure BOMs are accurate, complete and aligned with standards.
• Coordinate with Procurement, Warehouse, and vendors for timely procurement and availability.
• Monitor inventory movements, transfers, deployments, repairs, returns and disposals.
• Conduct regular audits, reconciliation, and variance analysis.
• Maintain asset documentation including serial numbers, warranties, licenses, lifecycle records.
• Support project teams by preparing technology requirements and readiness.
• Analyze inventory trends and optimize stock levels.
• Develop and improve inventory control processes and governance.
• Prepare inventory, BOM, utilization and variance reports for management.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and internal controls.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in IT Inventory Management, IT Asset Management, Configuration Management, or BOM Management.
• Proven experience creating and maintaining Bills of Materials (BOM) for IT infrastructure, technology deployments, or related projects.
• Strong knowledge of IT hardware, POS systems, networking equipment, and asset lifecycle management.
• Experience using ERP, Inventory Management, or IT Asset Management systems.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills with strong analytical and reporting capabilities.
• Excellent organizational, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience supporting multi-site operations, retail, food service, hospitality, or other fast-paced environments is an advantage.
